The Utah Trip (part 1)

We went to Utah in June, and it was so good to come home and see our family! Cohen did fabulous on the airplane. We lucked out on the way there with an entire isle to ourselves.

I made sure we were the last ones off the plane so we wouldn't hold anyone else up. The pilot had his door open, Cohen was curious, and he invited us up there. He was a nice guy, and Cohen thought all the buttons were fascinating. I couldn't believe how little space the pilots have! They have less room to move than the passengers, I think.

One of Cohen's favorite things to do while at my mom's house ("Nana house") was to walk over to the duck pond and spend time there. He loved seeing the ducks, and learned the difference between mommy ducks, baby ducks, and daddy ducks. He was sad we didn't see more daddy ducks.... probably because at this point Josh hadn't joined us yet in Utah.

Chasing the ducks.

Getting chewed out by the mommy duck..... She must also be telling her babies "run for your lives! This little monster is going to get us!" Cohen simply wanted to pet and kiss the ducks, is that too much to ask?

This next picture shows a fine example of what Cohen is like. He is a RUNNER! It was so nice to be with Karen and my mom who could help chase him, and it didn't always have to be me. You can imagine, I had to be VERY careful with him near the duck pond.
