Have you ever heard of Celiac Disease? Do you see "Gluten-Free" products all over the grocery store? Eating gluten free is kind of a craze right now, and I'm kind of glad it is.
A few weeks ago we had Cohen tested for Celiac Disease after his stomach ache, that sometimes brought him to tears, bothered him for a week. What do you know, his celiac spru levels are higher than the normal range. We still have to meet with a specialist to get the official diagnosis, but his pediatrician, whom we really respect, said to just start changing his diet now.
No more wheat products for Cohen. No more food with any wheat in it at all.
This has meant big changes for me. Wheat is in so many things. I thought he'd have to have an entirely different diet at first. Then, I realized he could eat the same things if I just got the right ingredients (rice flour, tapioca flour, corn starch, potato starch, xanthan gum, etc.) and made everything at home.
This is certainly a journey. We think Cohen actually inherited it from Josh, and we will be getting him in to be tested shortly as well.
As a side note, our regular computer got a virus, and we're working on getting it recovered. I don't think I can access pictures on it, and don't dare to download anymore from my camera. I've been taking pictures of my attempts be be a gluten-free cook. More to come.

Oh my gosh! That has got to be so hard to cook everything special and gluten free. Not fun! Glad they could find out what was causing his stomach aches though! Good luck!
You should talk to Katie! Carter has been having a lot of allergic reactions to things as well. Good Luck! Miss you guys,
